Destiny J. Forist, 2201 N. Jacobson Rd., Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, non-prescription medications and provide a list of prescription to probation; may not reside where alcohol or illegal drugs are present; may not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; attend, cooperate and complete a Adult Highway Safety Program, Impact Panel and outpatient substance abuse counseling and follow all recommendations; twice daily PBTs; $1,625 fines and costs; 18 months probation.
