St. Mary seniors awarded scholarships/grants

The St. Mary School Class of 2024 consists of 15 students who have been awarded over $913,000 in scholarship and grant money.

Nearly $40,000 of the scholarships are local scholarships and were awarded at the St. Mary High School Award Ceremony on May 23 in the St. Mary gymnasium.

Local scholarships have been awarded to the following students: • Della Bunek — Leland Women’s Civic Club Scholarship; Rick & Sandy Koehler Scholarship in memory of George Thurner; St. Mary Christian Leadership Award; U.S. Marine Corps Scholastic Excellence Award.
