The dreams of a 5-year-old Traverse City girl will come true next week, thanks to two unselfish men. Sawyer Groleau and her mother, Lisa, will attend a special pre-release premiere of “Toy Story 4 “next Thursday at the Bay Community Theatre where actor and comedian Tim Allen will appear. Allen is the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the animated film which opens nationally a day later on June 21. *** Glen Lake Superintendent Sander Scott and the Board of Education are parting ways. Scott and district leaders agreed, in the process of his annual employment evaluation Monday night, that it was in the best interest of the district to work toward a “separation agreement.” “(Monday) night, as we neared the end of my regularly scheduled and annual evaluation, it became obvious to the board and me that the district might be better served by entering into a separation agreement between myself and the district as outlined in the contract,” Scott said. “I am fully supportive of this and am a willing participant in stepping away for the health of the district.
