Court proceedings limited

A ransomware attack on the Grand Traverse/City of Traverse City computer system is impacting Leelanau court operations.

The Grand Traverse/ Traverse City network has been out of commission since June 12. And because Leelanau County is linked to this computer network — for both District and Circuit Courts — activity has been limited to arraignments and action on personal protection orders.

Hence, there is no District Court proceedings in this week’s issue.
