Great turnout for Genuine Leelanau

Genuine Leelanau is a small non-profit organization started in 1983. We work to improve the well being of Leelanau County’s children, individuals and families. Our annual, summer fundraiser was held in late June at the new V Gallery in Omena. We had a fantastic turnout in this lovely setting and was able to raise thousands of dollars to help assist the Leelanau Investing For Teens (LIFT) program, our county’s only free after school program based in Suttons Bay and also serving Northport and Glen Lake schools. We would like to thank all participants who helped to make this event possible and to all the attendees who contributed financially to the success of the LIFT program.
