Leelanau County’s incumbent register of deeds, Jennifer Grant, pulls one of her campaign signs out from a yard in front of a home in Lake Leelanau. Grant defeated Renee Wyler for the Republican nomination in the Aug. 6 primary election, and since she has no Democratic challenger, Grant will be unopposed on the Nov. 5 general election ballot.
