Ugliness forever

To the editor:

Dear friends and neighbors: Good news! We may never have to endure another presidential campaign. The bad news is, that would be because Trump made himself president for life! Do we want to listen to Trump and Vance’s anger and ugliness forever? Do we want a president who is woefully misinformed? (You don’t think he’s lying, do you?!) Do we want the free press abolished? Do we want a president who, when he’s dealing with foreign leaders, is so weak and ineffectual that, according to him, he is picked on and bullied? Doesn’t sound very pleasant.
