SUTTONS BAY – Bonnie Jean Fillmore, 83, of Suttons Bay, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Munson Medical Center.
Bonnie was born July 20, 1941 in Toledo the daughter of Betty J. Allen.
Bonnie was a lady with a strong work ethic and will to fight. She rolled up her sleeves and provided for her family. Bonnie worked at the Champion Spark Plug Company in Toledo, Ohio. She worked at the Goodyear Tire Company in Eastwood, Ohio. She worked at Hunt’s Ketchup Company in Perrysburg, Ohio and a baby formula company.
She retired to Suttons Bay and kept working, friends may recognize her as the manager of the Suttons Bay Laundry Mat. Bonnie was caring, supportive and put others before herself. She was a news aficionado, always keeping an eye on politics. Bonnie loved a good crossword puzzle, crosswords and enjoying a quiet day at home.
Bonnie is survived by her two children, Tammy Reilly, Donald Reilly Jr., her grandchildren, Dannielle (Nathan) Schaub, Sharonda Reilly, Harley Reilly, Carl Reilly, Donald Reilly III, David Reilly and many loving great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Michael Werdehoff, Bill Werdehoff and Sharon Warner.
Cremation has taken place and private family services have been held.
