Went Home to be with Jesus ~ August 13, 2024
TRAVERSE CITY – Coral Lynn Wilson, 51, of Traverse City, went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Medilodge of Grand Traverse County with her family at her side.
Coral was born May 21, 1973 in Elk Rapids the daughter of Robert Miller and Nancy Wilson.
When Coral smiled, she had the most beautiful dimples. She always put others before herself. Coral treasured time with family and friends. She enjoyed puzzles by numbers, sudoku, and being outside on her porch and long walks.
Coral’s quote was “Laughter is good medicine; keep smiling because I’ll always be with you.”
Coral is survived by her two children, Brandon Walker, Chelsea Walker; two sisters, Delora Wilson, Veronica (David) Wonegeshik; her grandchildren, Kayden and Rosalina, Zyla-Jo Persephone, Sierra Elizabeth Joy and many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nancy; her husband Terry Bennett, and her siblings, Robert Wilson, Douglas Wilson and Joseph Wilson.
The funeral service was held on August 17 at the Kewadin Indian Mission Church Tabernacle.
