Hello readers and a hearty congratulations on another superb concert by the Northport Community Band on their “Spirit of America” concert at the Northport Performing Arts Center Saturday.
There is so much great talent in this area of Leelanau. This group has obviously been port o f a professional music in their lives before and Northport is truly blessed to have them in this community.
Visiting director Tom Clair did an excellent job bringing these wonderfully talented musicians gather to perform for the Northport audiences — and perform they did — resulting in a standing boisterous ovation at the close.
Thank you to all for a wonderful and entertaining and inspiring concert.
