Glen Lake soccer rebounded from a loss against Elk Rapids junior last week with a 7-0 win over Reed City on Monday.
The Lakes move to 4-2 overall on the young season.
Glen Lake made quick work of Reed City as the Lakers went into halftime up 4-0.
Glen Lake scorers include Sawyer Homa goal, assist; Hunter Cox (goal, assist); Austin Switzer (goal, assist); Anthony Forton goal; Ben Selby goal; Ezra Belanger goal; Ollie O’Neal goal; Abraham Feeney two assists; Ryder Needham two assists.
Glen defeated McBain NMC 7-1 on August 20.
Homa scored twice and found his teammates for three assists. Other scorers include Belanger (2 goals, assist); Hunter Cox goal, assist; Ollie O’Neal goal; Ryder Needham goal; Anthony Forton three saves.
In the loss against Elk Rapids, Homa scored a goal off a Brody Switzer assist in a 2-1 loss. Forton had eight saves.
