Heather Aldridge, 3320 Supply Rd., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; 60 days in jail; probation extended six months.

Shalarry Fortenberry, 3255 NW Bay Shore Dr., Peshawbestown — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; five additional days in jail to be held in abeyance; probation continued.

Rabanales Velasquex, 3462 Tanager Dr. Traverse City — Admitted responsibility for having defective equipment; fines and costs waived.

Bethany Kohler, 10791 Riverside Dr., Honor — Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; sentence date Oct. 11.

Anna Postosian, 11000 S. Dalzell Rd., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; may not consume or be in the position of alcohol, illegal drugs, non-prescription medication or marijuana; may not reside where alcohol or illegal drugs are present; may not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; no violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing behavior toward anyone; attend, cooperate and complete an Adult Highway Safety Program, Impact Panel and “Prime for Life” program; random alcohol screening four times per month; $725 fines and costs; six months probation.

Micah Dalzell, 9202 S. Johnny St., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle; $475 fines and costs.

Kameron A. Kine, 4688 Marshall Ave SE, Grand Rapids —Arraigned on charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol; remand to jail pending plea to probation violation.

Drew S. Straub, 2615 N. Green Creek Rd., North Muskegon — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while license suspended, second offense; no security; unlawful use of registration Brian Greer, 4568 S. First St., Louisville, Kentucky — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of third-degree retail fraud; bond forfeited; bench warrant issued.

John May, 9850 N. Manitou Dr., Lake Leelanau — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of operating a vehicle without security and operating while licenses suspended/ revoked/ denied. Bond forfeit. Bench warrant issued.
