To the editor:
Hang on to your hats, folks, this woke liberal is voting for a Republican this fall. Not the orange guy, but more locally: I’m splitting my ticket to retain Supervisor Mike McMillan.
Why? Because Mike does a fantastic job. He brought cohesiveness to the office.
Mike’s leadership on the NLTUA financially righted a sinking ship.
Mike is working with the village for a realistic affordable housing project. Mike works hard and is well liked. He’s earned my respect. He could be a member of the Martian Party and still have my vote. Mike McMillan is what’s best for Leelanau Township.
