7:36 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Two women fighting in the Elmwood Township Park.

Wednesday, Sept. 11

7:36 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Two women fighting in the Elmwood Township Park. One woman was holding another to the ground and hitting her.

7:48 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller is upset because neighbor told her to “stay off this property” with her dog. She does walk near (the property) but has never been on it.

Caller said the incident made her feel very nervous. Caller has permission to walk on a large property to the north, when she was walking today, she heard a gunshot and it frightened her. Caller does not need to be seen. Said she would use a route further away from “cranky neighbor.”

8:49 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Tall, skinny male with dark hair and wearing an orange T-shirt, is walking up and down the road. Stopped and confronted caller and started screaming at them from the middle of the road. Caller thinks subject may be on something. But he was not sure and he has never seen him on the road before.

Thursday, Sept. 12

9:13 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Fraudulent credit card charges and fraudulent use of checking account.

12:45 p.m. — Empire Township — Two males have been hanging out and sleeping in their car across the street. (Persons are on private property and are there as guests of the resident.)

3:40 p.m. — Solon Township — Abandoned white GMC has been there for months. (Per law enforcement, there is currently a dispute over ownership of the alley and therefore, it might be considered private property.)

11:34 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Couple of vehicles parked at the end of Bay Lane. They are having a bonfire. No one should be there after 10 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 13

5:36 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Female locked her keys in her vehicle with baby inside. (Mother and child reunited.)

6:31 p.m.— Suttons Bay Township — Caller’s child was approached by a little boy and mom who walked up to caller’s son in an aggressive manner and cornered him.

6:56 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Neighbors trespassed and removed a barrel rack and cut a chain before trespassed on another parcel that is not contested.

Saturday, Sept. 14

1:40 a.m. — Bingham Township — Caller lives next to the park. Believes there is someone staying overnight in a Dodge Charger.

9:28 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Goats are on the solar panel, loose. Zip ties on the fence are broken.

11:32 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Neighbor is verbally assaulting caller’s wife. Possibly about trespassing/ noise complaints.

2:25 p.m. — Kasson Township — Caller states there’s an individual at his residence and caller doesn’t want her on the property.

5:59 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Four juveniles riding bikes in the roadway. (Officer spoke with juveniles. Advised a safer way to ride bikes in the roadway.)

8:42 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller reports dirt bikes riding on the road and being very loud.

Sunday, Sept. 15

2:33 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller reports live music going on since 8 p.m. (Contact made. They are shutting things down.)

9:46 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller wants unwanted person trespassed.

11:50 a.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Wedding party destroyed cabana and other items that they left on the beach.

8:07 p.m. — Bingham Township — Female trying to break into storage units.

Monday, Sept. 16

8:30 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Star Rental truck trying to run people off the road. Heading northbound on M-22. Past everyone at the light to get around cars at light. Driving recklessly.

12:41 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Someone drove up caller’s driveway. Looked in the windows and then left. Seems suspicious. (May be a subject delivering political information.)

1:43 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Trespassing. Adjoining property issues with people cutting trees.

2 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is behind a Honda Odyssey driving 35 mph. Swerving. Brake checking.

2:06 p.m. — Caller is behind a southbound white Jeep with a bicycle on the back. Unable to see the plate. It has crossed both center and fog lines.

2:33 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Damage to property from incident last weekend. Damage to light post, signpost and three posts on the bridge.

2:43 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Black Toyota passing a school bus.

3:17 p.m. — Leland Township — Caller found a credit card and Costco card at fruit stand.

4:17 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Former employee has been harassing a current employee. Would like the subject trespassed.

6:17 p.m. — Bingham Township — Approximately 4 p.m. two subjects driving a dark-colored Durango with Ohio plate asking political questions. Caller thought it was suspicious because they did not go to any of the neighbors’ houses. Caller just wants it on record.

7:30 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Deputy requested to serve a trespass warning to subject.

8:31 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller reports that someone goes up and down her road in a 4-wheeler very loudly “a million times” on the weekends and sometimes during the week. Event after dark. It’s been happening since Labor Day.

9:15 p.m. — Centerville Township — Caller reports hearing a gunshot outside the house just now.

Tuesday, Sept. 17

1:53 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Deputy out with a suspicious person. (Per law enforcement, subject was walking on road, waiting for a ride.

3:48 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Red van pulled up to building. Male inside wearing a ski mask. The subject then realized there was an office in the rear and took off.
