Football update

Glen Lake (3-0) handed Harbor Springs (0-3) a 46-0 defeated to remain undefeated. The Lakers were led by Fletcher Middleton’s and Boden Fisher’s two touchdown performances.

Glen Lake (3-0) handed Harbor Springs (0-3) a 46-0 defeated to remain undefeated.

The Lakers were led by Fletcher Middleton’s and Boden Fisher’s two touchdown performances.

Middleton had two touchdown runs from eight and 20 yards to go along with 100 yards on the ground. Fisher had two 61-yard touchdown catches and finished the day with three catches for 168 yards.

Glen Lake running back Sam Dykstra also had an 80 yard touchdown run to go with 126 rushing yards. Cade Sheehand also had an 8-yard touchdown run. Glen Lake senior Benji Allen went 3-5 passing for 168 yard and two touchdowns.

The Lakers travel to Reed City on Friday for the biggest game of the season so far.
