Wessell’s clear vision

To the editor:

While his opponent for Leelanau County Commissioner engages in unfounded fearmongering about the alleged downsides of solar power, Ty Wessell looks ahead with a clear vision for the environment. He has laid out a sensible, sciencebased approach for the county’s energy needs that embraces all appropriate technologies, nuclear and solar among them, and takes a long-term view of the future that can be our legacy for generations to come. We need commissioners who will lead us into that future, not mislead us with an eye only to November 5. Ty Wessell certainly deserves our support.
