2:38 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller thinks she heard someone trying to get into her house. No cars should be there. (Law enforcement unable to locate anything.)
8:28 a.m. — Leland Township — Caller hit a building. Didn’t cause any damage to the building, but did to his Toyota Corolla.
12:02 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Miscellaneous juvenile activity.
2:36 p.m. — Solon Township — Sister called 911. Gave address then hung up. Upset over confrontation with another family member.
3:35 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Employee arrived for work intoxicated. Wants him trespassed from the establishment.
4:43 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Black Ford, flatbed. Tailgated caller, passed on right, crossing fog lines causing oncoming traffic to take evasive actions.
Thursday, Sept. 26
12:43 a.m. — Caller is reporting a barking dog near her house. Not exactly sure where it is coming from but has been barking for over an hour. (Law enforcement didn’t hear anything
in the area.)
2:14 a.m. — Bingham Township — Caller hit power pole. Believes she may have fallen asleep. White Equinox. (Pole should be all set. Possible box damage on the ground to underground fiber optic cable.)
8:25 a.m. — Caller says he’s seen a person on ring camera walking his dogs on his property at last three mornings.
10:21 a.m. — Bingham Township — Neighbor driving tractor on caller’s property. Ongoing issues. Believes he is doing it deliberately.
2:18 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller is worried about landlord threatening to evict him without a court order. (Law enforcement spoke with caller about his rights as a tenant and provided advice on how to proceed, including contacting an attorney.)
8:42 p.m. — Solon Township — Drones have been flying around the property for a while. This has happened in the past. Caller would like information taken down, would like someone to come and see how the drones are flying. Caller explained it’s difficult to track drones or understand where they are coming from. (Deputy spoke with caller. Came up with a game plan for the future.)
Friday, Sept. 27
1:39 a.m. — Empire Township — Caller is downstate. Suspicious vehicle at cottage right now. She can see them on the camera. Lights of vehicle are on. (Deputy did a walkaround. Everything seems to be secure.)
2:41 a.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Law enforcement making contact with a couple of subjects. (They were out fishing.)
3 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller said he was driving on the dirt portion of N. Shore Dr. when his garbage truck went under the new optic cable line that’s being installed and brushed it causing some cable to become unspooled from the spool that’s sitting there. Point Broadband notified.
3:48 p.m. — Centerville Township — Caller is concerned about an individual. Didn’t show up for work Monday or since. Spoke with dad who said he may have gone somewhere with a friend but wasn’t sure. No one at the address. (Negative contact).
5:07 p.m. — Kasson Township — Son kicked a hole in the wall.
7:36 p.m. — Suttons bay Township — Bunch of people standing by the ATM and caller thinks it’s suspicious. (Crowd dispersed.)
Saturday, Sept. 28
2:54 a.m. — Caller reports a man wearing only his underwear carrying his pants. Looks like he may also have blood on his head. Walking eastbound toward Suttons Bay.
9:52 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Car hit mailbox and political signs.
10:47 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller had her mix puppy on a leash walking. Pitbull tried to attach caller’s dog. Dog has wound on leg.
4:24 p.m. — Solon Township — Caller needs an officer to provide a civil standby while he retrieves some of his belongings. Caller is in a black Ford Edge.
5:41 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Husband will not let caller in the house.
7:35 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller request a deputy to unlock the door to the upper balcony. The door closed and locked behind him while they were 'enjoying the weather.'
9:07 p.m. — Bingham Township — Domestic call. Speaking only in Spanish. Attempted text translate. No answer back.
Three male patients — one missing part of ear — looks like they were in a fight. Eight subjects total. Requesting Grand Traverse Band respond as well.
10:27 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Blue GMC. Sobriety field test administered. One in custody for operating while intoxicated.
Sunday, Sept. 29
12:41 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller lives next to a restaurant and is reporting that music was supposed to be done around 10 and it’s still playing loudly. (Per law enforcement music has stopped but there are quite a few people out and about. It’s not loud in the area anymore.)
12:44 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller found a man stumbling around. They were givinghimaridehome. He jumped out of the golf cart. He is now sleeping on the side of the road. Wearing green short with a gray shirt. Looks like he had knee surgery.
3:22 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Man walking in the road. Wearing black short and a black sweatshirt.
12:26 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller had a pride sign stolen from her yard.
4:28 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Small, black sports car driving up and down the road at a high rate of speed.
9:09 p.m. — Empire Township — Caller reports some suspicious activity occurring around the gas station. Would like to speak with an officer.
Monday, Sept. 30
4:29 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller reports a male was sleeping on his porch with a tall boy. Left on foot.
8:17 a.m. — Leland Township — Black sedan parking in the left-turn lane on M-22. (Driver was looking at their phone.)
1:39 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller found a cell phone left on bench at the Shady Lane Bike Trail. (Caller refused to meet with law enforcement to turn over phone. Contact made with owner’s wife.)
2:08 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Car stopped in the southbound lane of M-22. Man in vehicle was passed out. Not one caller had stopped to check on the patient. (Suspect came to, left abruptly, westbound on Cherry Bend Road. Will followup with Grand Traverse County in an attempt to located at last known residence.)
3:39 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Miscellaneous juvenile activity.
4:38 p.m. — Solon Township — Equipment on fire and moved to grass/brush. There was an explosion. (Road Commission notified of damage to the roadway cause by the fire.)
8:17 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller reports a vehicle on his property. Has been there since this afternoon. Possibly a Dodge Journey.
8:47 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller’s neighbor has been yelling for a while. (Per law enforcement, subject was moving a car off a trailer. That’s what the noise was.)
