To the editor:
At a recent County Commissioner forum, I heard: Lois Bahle who had clearly done her homework, presenting compelling reasons for local government to support childcare and affordable housing, clean water, and sustainable energy use — and practical solutions for doing so. Besides her record of leadership, most impressive is her commitment to working in partnership with others.
From the other candidate, I heard “we don’t need this” and “it costs took much.”
This “I alone can fix it” thinking is what got him recalled, isn’t it?
I’m voting for the candidate who says, “Together we can make a difference.”
