To the editor:
Board Chair Ty Wessell, bypassed all three female Democrat commissioners and overlooked the most experienced commission, Melinda Lautner, a woman, in order to nominate the least experienced commissioner, Doug Rexroat, to be Vice Chair, a man who didn’t event vote for himself. One of the reasons Jamie Kramer gave her resignation was that she had been ignored and overlooked by Chairman Wessell. How strange that neither Commissioner Gwenne Allgaier nor Commissioner Kama Ross defended their female colleague. Commissioners Ross and Allgaier left that to Commissioner Melinda Lautner. Watch what Democrats do, not what they say.
