To the editor:
Ty Wessell and Gwenne Allgaier have had nearly three years to correct the county’’s financial issues, yet taxpayers are still footing the bill with no end in sight. They blame the previous Republican leadership, but now they’re the ones in charge — and failing. It’s time to hold Wessell, Allgaier and their allies accountable for lack of progress. Let’s elect leaders who put practical solutions and responsible governance first for Leelanau County. Vote for those who prioritize real results over partisan politics.
