Approach the upcoming election like a boss evaluating potential employees to hire.
Because you are. You have questions: -Do they have the resumé, the education and work experience for the job?
-Do they have the temperament, discipline and energy for the work?
-Will they get along with others in a congenial workplace?
-Do they have the honesty and integrity to put the business’ success ahead of their own personal gain?
-During interviews do they say what’s wrong with the business and what they’re against?
-Or do they agree with the business mission and have ideas and improvements they’re for?
