Democrats took control of the Leelanau County Board with promises to fix the so-called mess left by Republicans, yet taxpayers are still waiting for results.
Chairman Ty Wessell has had almost three years to lead and find solutions but has only delivered higher costs. If Wessell claims to be cleaning up, where are the outcomes?
The voters expect accountability, not excuses. Chair Wessell needs to own up to his responsibility and start producing results. The blame games isn’t leadership — action is.
