Democrats took control of the Leelanau County Board with promises to fix the so-called mess left by Republicans, yet taxpayers are still waiting for results.
Chairman Ty Wessell has had almost three years to lead and find solutions but has only delivered higher costs. If Wessell claims to be cleaning up, where are the outcomes?
