12:23 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Witness tampering.
Thursday, Oct .24
6:41 p.m. — Empire Township — Female reports a man is stalking her.
6:29 a.m. — Kasson Township — Female called 911 four times and then said it was an accident each time. Sounds a little upset on the phone. (Per law enforcement, everything is OK.)
7:54 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Welfare check requested. (Per law enforcement, subject is in good spirits and seems fine. Neighbors have also been checking on her.)
11:59 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller states there is a rabid raccoon running around in the road. (Animal control took care of the situation. Removed from the neighborhood.)
12: 14 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Identity theft.
1:49 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Three-vehicle accident. No injuries. No blocking the road.
4:43 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Individual needs assistance getting back into her residence from her vehicle.
6:07 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is out of town. Neighbor saw a young man leave his apartment. Caller’s girlfriend went over and saw things rifled through.
8:17 p.m. — Empire Township — Caller reports a man in a white Ford sedan stopped behind her as she was walking along the road next to Empire Beach. He was behind her for a couple of minutes then moved on. When she walked back toward her house, he was parked near the road. She asked if she could help him and he said “no.” She got out her phone and took a picture. He took off.
Friday, Oct. 25
8:54 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller thinks there is a tracking device on her car and would like to speak with an officer and have someone check her car.
9:31 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller purse was likely stolen out of her tan Toyota Corrola.
2:04 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is having an ongoing problem with a male in his 80s.
6:41 p.m. — Centerville Township — Black cow crossing the road headed westbound.
7:39 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Driver administered sobriety test. Arrest made for operating while intoxicated.
8:49 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller’s husband will not let her back in the house.
Saturday, Oct. 26
1:57 p.m. — Cleveland Township — People visible on trail cam. Ongoing trespass issues.
3:58 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Male was chasing caller on the dunes … all the way to her car. She’s locked in the vehicle now, but he was tapping on the windows.
5:08 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller advises that an individual is a danger to others. He has a restricted license.
7:14 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Two males around age 20 on dirt bikes, cussing and riding around without helmets.
Sunday, Oct. 27
10:50 a.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Male having difficulty getting back to the Overlook. Not having a medical issue but states he can’t feel his legs and his chest hurts. (Patient reunited with family.)
Monday, Oct. 28
2:26 p.m. — Bingham Township — Received an anonymous tip that a coat and shoes are at the boat launch. Thought it looked
suspicious.
Tuesday, Oct. 29
8:31 a.m. — Leland Township — Caller has a personal protection order against ex-husband and he showed up at a gas station when caller was there and didn’t leave when he saw her.
10:12 a.m. — Cleveland Township — Construction ongoing in neighbor’s condo unit. Caller is very upset about it. It’s all association rules and violations and northing that is enforceable by law enforcement. (Caller was advised to go through her home association or speak to a lawyer.)
2:31 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller arrived Sunday evening at her lake house. Campaign sign was torn out of the ground and thrown in her driveway.
