Glen Lake School board members were sitting on the edge of their seats Tuesday night as the Lakers found out the fate of an $8 million bond to improve school facilities.
The voters made their decision with a 54.94% yes, compared to 45.06% no.
“With the approval of this bond, the community has shown they are invested in our students and our community” said Jason Misner, Superintendent of Glen Lake Community Schools. “With the continual investments and improvements in the school district, we will continue to make Glen Lake Community Schools a great place to grow and learn. This opportunity not only benefits current students, but future generations.”
