To the editor:
After working in Centerville Township precinct during both our primary and general elections this year, I wanted to commend our County and Township officials during a challenging year.
No voting system is perfect, no technology is perfect, and thankfully there are several layers of checks and balances.
The dedication of our county workers is very impressive. Our training and the oversight procedures are thorough. The continuing challenge to have representatives on election day from both major political parties present at each phase of the voting process in each precinct is a significant effort in and of itself.
Thanks to all involved in our county and for our voter participation percentage.
