Julie Mitchell, 710 Center St., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicate; three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; may not consume or be in the possession of alcohol or illegal drugs; no marijuana or non-prescription medication; may not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; no violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing behavior toward anyone; be respectful of court employees, service and/or care providers; attend, cooperate and with relapse prevention group (at least six sessions); once daily PBTs; $950 fines and costs; six months probation.

Tyler Mills, 6454 Mission Ridge, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to larceny between $200 and $1,000; bond continued; Dec. 20 sentence date.

Drew Straub, 2615 N. Green Creek Rd., North Muskegon — Pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended; $700 fines and costs.

Eaglecrest Dr., Williamsburg — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; 93 days in jail’ probation revoked, unsuccessful; fines and costs preserved.

Destiny Forist, 2201 N. Jacobson Rd., Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; three days community service within 30 days; probation continued.

Andrew Thompson, 5225 Fulton St., E, Ada —Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; any bond issues to be addressed at sentencing Dec. 20.
