Kara Lynch of the MSU Extension Food Safety Team will be at the Glen Lake Community Library Tuesday at 6 p.m.
Participants will learn how to make jams, salsas and other delicacies in their own kitchen. Lynch will also discuss the equipment needed for safe and efficient home preserving, including items that make great gifts for the foodies on the list.
