An Elmwood Township man is charged with a sex crime after a September encounter with a minor.
David R. Miller of 6201 E. Hoxie Rd., was arraigned last week on one count of fourthdegree criminal sexual conduct (CSC).
According to the criminal complaint, victim Jane Doe was riding in a car which stopped in a driveway. The defendant was on the porch sitting.
