The 2024-25 boys and girls All-Northwest Conference Cross-Country team was announced earlier this week.
For the boys, Colebrook Sutherland (Glen Lake), Abraham Feeney (Glen Lake), Eli VanPoorfliet (Benzie), Liam McCaw (Glen Lake), and Carrol Robotham (Frankfort) earned first team honors.
Second team honorees include Evan Keen (Leland), Lincoln Bailey (Glen Lake), Cage Edingfield (Benzie), Keith Crompton (Frankfort), Ben DeRidder (Benzie), Kyle Vincent (Benzie).
Honorable mention runners were Carter Suttman (Leland), Britton Wheeler (Glen Lake), Dexter Martin (Glen Lake), Tamrak McEachern (Buckley), Logan Hewit (Benzie), Matthew Bentley (Buckley), Brody Patterson (Frankfort).
As for the girls, Ella Knudsen (Leland) and Carmella Julian (Glen Lake) led the team.
Second and third team honors include Emily Alaimo (Glen Lake), Natalie Burpee (Leland, Alayne Ottenbacher (glen Lake), and Lili Migazzi (Glen Lake).
Volleyball NWC honors
First team all-conference honors for volleyball include Leland senior Abby hicks, and Glen Lake senior Peyton Brown.
Second team all-conference honors include Bekka Grant (Suttons Bay), Kally Sluiter (Leland), Lydia Fosmore (Glen Lake), and Megan U’Ren (Suttons Bay).
Honorable mentions include Nora Ciolek (Glen Lake), Avery Flores (Glen Lake), Cielle Fort (Leland), and Ava Anderson (Suttons Bay).
