I call on our county Prosecutor Hubbell and Judge Hamlyn to offer a written explanation as to why they decided as they did, concerning the tragic loss of Evelyn Kellogg. Arriving at drunk driving causing injury is a far cry from the reality of death, wouldn’t you agree?
