7:54 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Poor connection. Caller did say she needs help. But did not sound like a medical emergency. (Contact made audibly. It’s a property check request. Will conduct now.)
8:58 p.m. — Leland Township — Car crash at Duck Lake Corners; occupant declined medical treatment.
11:22 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Domestic. Caller’s wife and mother got into an argument a couple hours ago. Moving away from home.
Wednesday, Nov. 27
12:42 a.m. — Kasson Township — Caller’s boyfriend got physical and was pushing and shoving her.
1:38 a.m. — Kasson Township — Arrestmadeforoperating while intoxicated.
9:36 a.m. — Solon Township — Caller drives to work everyday on S. Lake Shore Drive and has not see an individual in six weeks. Caller is concerned and requests a welfare check.
11:10 a.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller is with the health department and the homeowner needs medical attention.
1:35 p.m. — Bingham Township — Welfare check requested. Caller contacted. Is with his parents — not his residence.
4:54 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller’s dog got loose out the front door. Individual was bit and left with a parent.
5:14 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Person on the side of the road crouched down. Backpack and yellow hat. Unknown weather male or female.
6:35 p.m. — Elmwood Township — GMC SUV all over the road.
Thursday, Nov. 28
6:38 p.m. — Bingham Township — White GMC Yukon or Envoy driving erratically on M-22.
Friday, Nov. 29
12:09 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller is trying to sleep and he saw a flashlight outside his window. He would like a deputy to take a look around. (Deputy walked around the house. No footprints or evidence that anyone was near the house.)
10:31 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Truck in road and can’t move. Send sander.
12:49 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Evicted tenant apparently left a dog behind. (Deputy spoke with neighbors who said the tenants are en route back for the dog.)
9:10 p.m. — Empire Township — Caller pulled up to a vehicle with hazards on. Male subject looked like he was passed out. Sobriety field test administered. One in custody for operating while intoxicated.
9:38 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Neighbor has been hearing alarm go off at house across the street. He has knocked on the door but no one answers. No signs or distress or anything. (Per law enforcement, there’s no answer at door or by phone. Will walk the exterior of the home nothing seen. Possibly a weather-related alarm.)
Saturday, Nov. 30
2:18 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Vehicle driving in other lane. Tan/gray Sedan driving slow and swerving.
8:12 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller is receiving texts via Messenger threatening someone who used to live on her property.
Sunday, Dec. 1
Noon — Caller reporting accident that took place last night at the entrance to Cherry Home. Damage to Cherry Home sign. Significant.
3:26 p.m. —Cleveland Township — Subject wants help. Someone was stalking her. Refused to be seen. (Response canceled.)
4:10 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Runaway juvenile returned home.
Monday, Dec. 2
1:16 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller says she is trying to call her children but has an old number for them.
2:41 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller says that neighbor’s dog has been barking for about 45 minutes. Caller took recording of it. Has previously spoken with animal control in the past and tried to resolve it with his neighbor. Would like to speak with animal control sooner than later.
10:11 a.m. — Leland Township — Male Lab/Retriever found on the road. Black collar with license/tag and phone number. Caller already attempted to call owner. Left a message.
Caller is on a walk with her dog and doesn’t want to return home because she thinks the dog will follow and she doesn’t have a leash. Will try knocking on a few doors to see if she can find owner. (Dog returned to owner.)
11:35 a.m. — Solon Township — Made deposit to company in April. Work was supposed to start in May but it never occurred. Caller has been contacted by the company about delay but they never showed up to the reschedules either. (Company agreed to reimburse caller.)
1:14 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Semi sliding backwards up the hill, about 1/4 mil west of the light. Trying to back him down Morgan Hill. Road will be blocked. (Roadway clear).
1:33 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Driver slid into ditch has damage to his truck. Occurred last night abound 6 p.m. Didn’t report it because he didn’t know who to call.
2:22 p.m. — Bingham Township — Silver Audi went into the ditch south of M-22 and McCallister. Doesn’t look like there is any damage to the vehicle, driver speaking to mom on phone about wrecker. (Making arrangements for their own wrecker. Far enough off the road and no damage. Family is on scene staying with caller.
3:20 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township— Two large equipment trucks hauling. Finally at the top of the hill and they are stopped in the roadway. Not sure if they need help. (Call made to the road commission for sand.)
3:37 p.m. — Leland Township — Coca-Cola truck stuck. Blocking the bridge. (Road Commission is already aware of this and sending someone that way. (Coca-Cola truck is free.)
5:21 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Someone dropped a trailer at caller’s driveway around 3:45 p.m. There is no plate. (Law enforcement spoke with owner who accidentally put the trailer in front of the wrong house. Will move right away.)
6:13 p.m. — Bingham Township — Semi parked partly on M-22 and the side of the road near Bingham. No lights.
8:40 p.m. — Bingham Township — Four-door GMC truck going through the neighborhood the last four or five days and turning around a lot.
Tuesday, Dec. 3
12:14 a.m. — Empire Township — Subject hasn’t been responding to calls or texts. Caller is no at the house pounding on the door and no one is answering. Car in the driveway. (House checked).
5:57 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Man in dark clothing an no reflective gear. Walking too close to the road. Saw him do it yesterday too.
7:24 a.m. — Kasson Township — Snowcovered vehicle. Looks like it’s been there for a while. Fresh front end damage. Impeding traffic.
7:32 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Two-car motor vehicle crash. One is a truck, which has a passenger. Other vehicle is some kind of commercial truck.
8:30 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller slid off the road. Sideswipped a mailbox. On shoulder now. No injuries.
9:43 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller’s engine “blew up.”Left vehicle in a parallel parking spot. Tow truck may not be able to get there until tomorrow.
10:16 a.m. — Kasson Township — Caller received threatening Facebook message this morning.
10:49 a.m. — Leland Township — Deer trapped on the ice. Caller already caller DNR. Several cars pulled off on M-22 to watch the deer.
2:13 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Dog in driveway. Body of a Golden but almost white. Tan ears and bright blue eyes. No collar. Keeps going in and out of the roadway.
2:34 p.m. — Solon Township — Neighbor just drove across caller’s property. Has signs posted no trespassing. Green or gray truck. (Per deputy, spoke to all parties. It was an inspector who didn’t know. But still no one is happy. All neighbors have been warned to stay on their side.
4:42 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Dog missing since morning. Female Boston Terrier “Sophie” with collar with her name on it and an air tag.
