St. Mary School National Honor Society (NHS) recently completed the Boxes of Joy service project. Boxes of Joy is a part of the Cross Catholic Outreach ministry. Boxes are filled with toys, clothing, school supplies and more. They are then sent to children as Christmas gifts in developing countries such as the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Malawi. St. Mary students filled 108 boxes to ship for Christmas. Seniors Lizzie Leggett and Luke Bramer prepare boxes during a recent NHS service hour event. Courtesy photo
