Tyson D. Striebel, 3430 Joe Marks Trail, Kewadin — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; five additional days in jail; increase PBTs to four times daily; no early release from probation.

Alexandra J. Anderson, 1653 Jefferson Ave. SE, Grand Rapids — Pleaded not guilty to assault with intent to rob while armed and habitual offender; bond continued.

Skylar M. Korson, 994 S. Herman Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty to uttering and publishing/forgery of bank bills/ promissory notes; and false pretenses greater than $200 and less than $1,000.

Randy R. Bliss, 3975 E. Long Lake Rd., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty to two counts of uttering and publishing and larceny in a building; bond continued.

Valeriano Torres-Camacho, 3812 S. Schomberg Rd., Cedar — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; five additional days in jail with five days to be held in abeyance; probation continued.

Candelaria Resendiz, 6 522 S.t Joseph St., Apt. D, Lake Leelanau —Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; sentence date Jan. 12.

Joseph Aiello, 10814 N. Kingston Ave., Huntington Woods — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating impaired; three days community service; attend, cooperate and complete an Adult Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel within 90 days; $750 fines and costs.

Cheyenne M. Allain, 16 E. Main St., Hart — Sentenced after pleading guilty to embezzlement by an agent/trustee less than $200; ordered not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal drugs, over-thecounter medications; marijuana; prescription medication with a list of prescriptions to court; may not reside where drugs and alcohol are present; may not enter bars/casinos or anywhere they are present; be respectful of all court employees; twice daily PBTs; continue substance abuse treatment through CMH; attend co-occuring group or program; obtain and maintain employment 30 hours per week; costs and restitution of $1,118; one year probation.

Christine L. Shomin, 5026 Vance Rd., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property greater than $200 and less than $1,000; sentence date is Jan. 26.
