At the opening of the Lame Duck session three weeks ago there were high hopes but they quickly degenerated into a dysfunctional display of how not to conduct the people’s business. What followed instead were a host of political prat-falls that must of brought a smile to the face of His Honor the Mayor. More on that in a moment, but here’s the list of what happened or not as the case may be.
