Promises, Promises

To the editor:

It’s been almost a month since a 34-count convicted felon was inaugurated as the President of the United States. During his campaign he spouted many promises.

He would end the Russian war on Ukraine within 24 hours. It is February 17, 672 hours post Felon4547 taking office and the war wages on.

He promised that egg prices would go down. Eggs are now up over an average of 58% since the end of November. Felon4547 has put a freeze on communication from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) — entities tasked with fighting epidemics, ensuring food safety, and advancing disease research, prohibiting these agencies from releasing new regulations, guidance, announcements, press releases, or updates on their websites and social media platforms. The Felon administration is controlling the information that is needed for our health and safety. Felon4547 promised he’d fix inflation with tariffs. Well that’s an oxymoron. The Felon has now stated inflation is not his #1 issue. What? The Felon fibbed? For God sake…he didn’t even place his hand on the Bible at his swearing in! Certain news organizations are being banned from the White House Press room. Information is being censored. Lethal systems are (have been) developing while we are watching. (Pardoning of the January 6 convicted attackers). January 27 was the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. Let’s not forget how Hitler rose to power.
