To the editor:
Trump has been President for only two weeks but has managed, with the help of billionaire Elon Musk, to put all we depend on in jeopardy: Social Security and Medicare/ Medicaid benefits, grants, medical research, our national security, federal safety regulations and protections, and so much more.
It has been two weeks of chaos and cruelty. His vindictive tariffs against our allies Mexico and Canada, will cost the average American more, and sabotages our relationships with them. He threatens to “invade” Panama and Greenland.
He’s like a toddler snatching whatever toys capture his attention.
Urge your representatives to speak out against Trump’s mismanagement and dismantling of the federal government.
