To the editor:
I wish Sheriff Borkovich would find a larger county or city to “protect and defend.”
Obviously, Leelanau is too small a job for his expertise.
First, he stood, in full Leelanau uniform shoulder to shoulder with Trump in Grand Rapids, certain he was needed to assist the Secret Service and affirm his loyalty.
Now, he is an uninvited volunteer to assist ICE in raiding our schoolrooms to capture some criminal fifth graders.
Be sure you wear your entire SWAT assault gear for this raid. You never know what a threat a 10-year old just may present.
