To the editor:
Rethink our $36 trillion national debt as “36 THOUSAND BILLION dollars!” and it sinks in how Government has utterly failed us in this century. And ALL of this debt has been STOLEN OUT OF THE FUTURE, looted from the prosperity of unborn Americans. Mortgaging their futures for our comforts today is a moral crime on a scale with the sins of slavery and abortion. They are condemned at birth to perpetual debt servitude, despite incurring none of that obscene obligation themselves. Unchecked, this massive burden will destroy the currency and economy. Yet as President Trump and D.O.G.E. dismantle and reform that BLOATED MONSTROSITY called the Federal Government, many Leelanau Democrats astonishingly OBSTRUCT them! Some scheme online AGAINST the eradication of fraud, waste, and corruption! They DEFEND this generational plunder! For amorphous reasons known only to those misguided souls who worship the golden calf of the omnipotent State. (HouseDemocratsall voted to tax your tips, overtime, and Social Security, by the way, and every Democrat Senator voted against banning men from women’s sports) So support President Trump as he restores the Founders’ divinelyinspired vision, that unique great gift called the American Republic, while simultaneously cleaning up Biden’s global nightmare. Support D.O.G.E! For yourselves, your posterity, and the continued blessings of liberty as they ferret out the subterranean shadow government which harasses us and eats out our substance. Support those two great American patriots who serve America tirelessly for NO pay as they prune the rot from the “Tree of Liberty”.
