Leland Public School has announced the slate of candidates selected to advance in the search for its next superintendent.
The Board of Education, after a thorough selection process, has selected the following candidates for upcoming interviews.
They are: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 5 p.m. – Dr. Hugh Potter – Current Program Officer at the United States Department of Education 6 p.m. – Dr. David Harwood – Current Superintendent/Principal at Vanderbilt Area Schools 7 p.m. – Lisa Migazzi – Current 1st/2nd Grade Teacher at Leland Public School 8 p.m. – Jeremy Peplinski – Current Assistant Principal at Leland Public School Wednesday, April 2, 2025 6 p.m. – Ryan Huppert – Doctor of Education Leadership Candidate, Resident to the Superintendent at Revere Public Schools, and former Principal at City High Middle School 7 p.m. – Dr. Sean Wightman – Current Middle School Principal at Dowagiac Union Schools The district will be hosting interviews with the candidates at Leland Public School, 200 N. Grand Ave.
