8:37 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Burn permit. Two large orchards being uprooted and burned.
10 a.m. — Solon Township — Gray dog, tall and thin missing. (Dog picked up at Blue Ridge Drive. En route to address to return it home.
10:24 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Dog found last night. Corner or Mann Road and Fouch.
7:34 p.m. — Leelanau Township — White Ford Escape there for a week. Caller is concerned and wanted an officer to check it out.
8:29 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller is receiving threatening text messages.
8:43 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller reports cyber-situation regarding her daughter.
Thursday, March 27
4:35 a.m. — Bingham Township — Northbound on M-22, red SUV on the shoulder. They pulled into traffic causing caller to swerve to miss him and ran into the ditch.
5:11 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Silver Ford ranger in court parking lot. Driver was remanded to custody, so it will remain there for an unknown period of time.
7:05 p.m. — Bingham Township — Tractor in the field near bales of hay yesterday that was running. Tractor is still running in the same spot. Requesting a welfare check on the farmer.
Friday, March 28
5:11 p.m. — Bingham Township — Domestic. One taken into custody.
6:23 p.m. — Kasson Township — White truck parked in the middle of the road for more than a week. It looks abandoned
and has flat tires. (Friend of owner will move.)
Saturday, March 29
10:21 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller found stray dog. Wants to know what was going on. Caller stated they wanted to keep the dog. Didn’t seem happy when told the standard procedure.
7:03 p.m. — Leland Township — Water going close to going over the road. Caller believes there may be pipes under the road that are clogged. Road Commission will send someone that way. (Law enforcement went through the area to confi rm. Water is over the roadway.)
9:03 p.m. — Centerville Township — Caller saw a vehicle hit a building. Motorist could not stop. Two passersby reported a black Ram, hit a building on French Road near Rosinski. (Subject arrested for operating while intoxicated.)
Tuesday, April 1
9:42 a.m. — Empire Township — Caller received threatening messages via text.
1:29 p.m. — Leland Township — Caller thinks someone tried to break into her home.
