To the editor:
Your front page story about U. S. Rep Jack Bergman seems ridiculous and appears naive. Bergman won by over 100,000 votes in November with 59.2 % of the vote, so obviously his constituents think he is doing a great job. There is no reason for him to meet with the Indivisible (Democrat) group, because he is aware of their purpose to harass him. He has more important peoples’ business to attend to. Your story quotes the Indivisible group extensively but only describes the supposed (‘overlords’) “orders” Bergman received not to meet with them. It does not look like the reporter adequately fact checked that assertion. Anyone who knows Bergman understands he would not be taking “orders” from anyone unlike most of the outspoken Democrats today. It appears to us the Enterprise can improve its reporting effort.
