In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Northern Lakes Community Mental Health (NLCMH) and North Country Community Mental Health (NCCMH) are proud to present the 4th Annual #Tools4Resilience Virtual Education Series, designed to empower individuals with tools to support mental health, build resilience, and foster well-being.
This free, eight-part webinar series will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday in May from noon to 1 p.m., offering participants an easy way to invest in their mental health during the lunch hour.
Each session will feature expert insights, practical strategies, and the opportunity for attendees to engage directly with mental health professionals during Q&A discussions.
This year’s theme—“Turning Awareness into Action”— echoes the national message for Mental Health Month.
“We want to increase awareness of mental health and highlight the real, everyday actions people can take to build resilience — not just for themselves, but for their loved ones and communities,” said Cynthia Petersen, NLCMH community provider relations specialist.
“This series is a great opportunity for people to take a break, reflect, and learn how to better support their own mental wellbeing,” added Amy Christie, NCCMH chief clinical officer. “With topics ranging from digital safety to children’s mental health and managing stress, there’s something here for everyone.”
