Just over $91,000 in purchases were approved last week by the county Board of Commissioners.
In separate motions, commissioners approved the payments at their regular meeting, April 15.
The board approved the purchase of a new mower from Ginop Sales for $33,900. Also approved for Parks and Recreation Department was the purchase of a new Kubota mower from Ginop to replace a mower damaged last summer. Cost of the mower, $23,966, will be covered with a $16,084 insurance claim and $4,600 coming from unspent capital outlay; a $2,000 salvage credit from Ginop and $1,281 paid out of Parks & Recreation.
