Two class trips were approved this week for Leland Public School students.
The Board of Education voted unanimously to approved a 6th and 7th grade trip to Camp Henry, Sept. 10-12. Camp Henry, near Newaygo, was established in 1937.
Leland freshmen will be going to Camp Daggett on Walloon Lake, Sept. 15-16, as approved by the school board.
In other business Monday the board:
• Approved April General Fund and Food Service budget amendments as presented.
• Adopted a resolution to consider designation of electoral body representative for the Northwest Education Service School Board election to be held June 2.
