Anthony Grant and Cathryn Mikowski are the valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively at Lake Leelanau St. Mary.
Anthony is the son of Daniel and Sandra Grant of Lake Leelanau. He will attend Michigan State University in the fall and plans to study physics and mathematics.
Anthony earned a 4.120 GPA and serves as president of the student council.
Anthony is currently the treasurer of Business Professionals of America at St. Mary School, where he qualified for nationals by placing first in the state for banking and finance. He is also co-captain of the Suttons Bay Robotics Team 3688.
Cathryn is the daughter of Bernard and Michelle Mikowski. She will be attending Hillsdale College in the fall and plans to major in biochemistry. Cathryn earned a 4.034 GPA, all while actively participating in volleyball, basketball, and softball, where she served as the team captain.
Cathryn is a member of the Business Professionals of America, serving as president, and proud of her Podcast Production Team’s work in creating a national qualifying podcast. She also serves as the St. Mary School Teens for Life President, and has enjoyed serving her community through annual baby drives and Cross Catholic Outreach Boxes of Joy service projects.
