‘Wine with a Twist’ this weekend

The Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail is shaking things up this spring with “Wine with a Twist,” a one-of-a-kind tasting event running this weekend, where traditional wine tasting meets creative craft cocktails.

For $35 per person, guests will enjoy a unique 2-4 oz. pour of a wine-inspired cocktail at each participating winery along the scenic Leelanau Peninsula. From sparkling sangrias and Rosé spritzers to bold red wine margaritas and herbaceous winebased infusions, each stop offers a new way to experience the versatility of Northern Michigan wine.

“This event is about having fun, pushing boundaries, and celebrating the artistry of wine in a fresh and unexpected way,” said Andie Hobbins, managing director of the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail. “Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just looking for a fun weekend adventure, Wine with a Twist is a fantastic way to explore the creativity of our local wineries.”
