Gretchen Whitmer and President Donald J. Trump are calling for law enforcement reform.The state Senate has passed Bill 945 which will require ongoing training for implicit racial bias and de-escalating violent conflict. The president signed an executive order on police reform Tuesday as activists ramp up pressure for an overhaul of U.S. policing practices.
