Big attendance at Senior Expo

Nearly 400 seniors from across the county made it to the Leelanau County Senior Expo Tuesday at Suttons Bay School.

Eighty vendors offered a wide range of resources, wellness services and opportunities for older adult to connect with local organizations decided to support aging well in the county.

“A special thank you to my staff who worked hard at setting up and organizing months in advance,” Senior Services Director Lena VanderMeulen said. “We look forward to next year.”
