Petz’ contract extended

Suttons Bay Superintendent Casey Petz has a new 5-year contract.

Suttons Bay’s Board of Education approved the new contract at its rescheduled monthly meeting Monday night.

“The district worked with a subcontracted service to align the Suttons Bay Superintendent contract with other administrator contracts in the region and around the state for similarsized district and with superintendents with a similar track record and service time in their role,” Petz said. “The term is a negotiated item based on the recommendation of the subcontractor we hired to help us.”
