The By-the-Bay Garden Club has awarded two scholarships to recently graduated students.
Cathryn Mikowski, a 2025 graduate of St. Mary’s High School, is the 10th recipient of the annual $1,000 Judith Hoeffler Memorial Scholarship.
She will attend Hillsdale College in the fall to study biochemistry.
